About The Position

Waxing the City is seeking beauty professionals who pride themselves on building strong client relationships through excellent service and expert skills. If you’re looking to learn and grow in your career and have a passion for the industry, we want to hear from you. This role is responsible for the implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients, aiming to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management. The technician is also responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment, efficient and effective high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards, and supporting and protecting the company culture. Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork. Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance.

Requirements

  • Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
  • A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
  • Time Management Skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team.
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Self-Motivated

Nice To Haves

  • Educating clients about the benefits of waxing and sharing the latest product trends.
  • Sharpening waxing skills or learning a new technique.
