About The Position

The Wax Specialist performs full-body waxing services for women and men using European Wax Center’s proprietary techniques and comfort wax. Specialists provide an exceptional guest experience, educate guests about waxing frequency, and recommend proprietary products to help maintain results at home. They maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked wax suite in compliance with Texas TDLR safety and health procedures. New hires begin as “Hub-lets,” learning from Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative classroom environment before becoming fully certified. Career paths include technical training roles and leadership opportunities. The role requires a current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license and comfort performing face and body waxing services for male and female guests. Brazilian services for male guests are optional and require specialized advanced training. Scheduling varies to meet guest needs, including at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. The employer is specifically seeking availability for Monday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings.

Requirements

Hold a current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas.
Be comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for male and female guests.
Be hardworking, honest, punctual, coachable, and eager to master new techniques.
Work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
Availability for Monday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings is specifically sought.
