About The Position

As a Wax Specialist, you’ll help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable by providing excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. Our centers offer an upbeat, professional, and team-driven environment where your passion for beauty can turn into a successful career!

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Colorado
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred
• Sales experience is a plus

• Provide excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Recommend the best products, services, and wax passes to increase commission earnings.
• Engage with guests to impact paycheck through performance and connections.
