Maintain an average work schedule of 32–38 hours per week. Requirements

Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama
Sales experience in a commission-based setting.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Flexible schedule: 32-38 hours a week with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, personable demeanor with solid communication skills.
Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
