About The Position

Must have a New Jersey Esthetician or Cosmetology License. Have a Passion for Waxing? If you have a passion for waxing, we invite you to join our fast-growing team of Wax specialists and Estheticians. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for waxing clients, handling challenges, and educating our guests on after-care treatment and product knowledge. We use only the BEST hard comfort wax to ensure a great experience for our clients.

Requirements

• Current NJ state Esthetician/Cosmetology license.
• Experience hands-on waxing skills (full body).
• Previous waxing experience.
• Skin Care experience.
• Minimum 1-year waxing experience in Wax Center/Spa.
• Professional Client service skills.
• Reliable Transportation.
• A cosmetology or Esthetician License is a must.

Responsibilities

• Educating guests on current products and skincare routine.
• Maintaining professional relationships with guest.
• Responsible for Client retention.
• Participating in social media advertisement.
• Participating in marketing events and Team advertising.
• Responsible for keeping the Spa clean at all times.
