The Wax Process Auditor is responsible for inspecting wax components at all stages of manufacture to ensure compliance with written work instructions. This role involves auditing a random sample of wax patterns, identifying defects, coordinating corrections with relevant teams, and documenting all findings. The auditor will also contribute to improving the process knowledge and skills of wax employees by providing feedback on findings, proper methods, and written procedures. Additionally, the auditor will monitor equipment used in the wax process to verify adherence to operating instructions, record and analyze process data for engineers and management, and assist in generating solutions to process problems and revising process documentation.
