Wax Operative Level 1
About The Position
At Trucast, we have an exciting opportunity for candidates to join our team in Newberry! We have multiple positions available at this site. Employees start on a training salary for 2-3 months, then increase to a level 1. As a Wax Operator, you will assist the plant by using your hands-on skills in assembling, inspecting, and training on Wax Molds. You will need to learn and understand the products, equipment set-up, follow specific operating procedures and interpret the results of your work. You will be working alongside the team to handle wax parts and metal dies to mount and clean Wax and metal parts. All tasks must be completed in strict accordance with the Investment Casting Standards and Engineering Specifications to meet customer criteria in a timely and cost-effective manner.
