About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests, safely guide and load each vehicle, use a bug prep gun, perform safety inspections, and make key adjustments to car wash equipment. You will also be knowledgeable on E-Stop locations and handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely. Responsibilities include performing the vacuum service process, participating in the nightly close down checklist, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, and being knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages. You will inform retail guests about Memberships, present our Difference, and train new Team Members. You will aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition//RFID sticker reads. You will communicate key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and be knowledgeable on membership management. You must be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process and complete the daily shift report to document shift performance. You will maintain a clean, organized car wash facility, learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, and safely use ladders and engage the e-stop while cleaning. You will also gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge, adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct, and follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. You will assist in cleaning the facility, which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot. Willingness to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow) is required. You will be on your feet 100% of the day and outside. You must attend all mandatory training sessions and all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.

- Responsible for vacuum service process
- Participate in the nightly close down checklist
- Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
