The James City Service Authority seeks an individual to perform experienced work operating, maintaining and repairing the James City Service Authority’s (JCSA’s) Water Production Section’s facilities, equipment and related appurtenances. In addition to annual cost-of-living increases, our step pay plan provides regularly scheduled wage increases throughout the course of a career. Candidates with minimum experience and qualifications may be hired into the first step of a pay grade. If hired at the entry level, the JCSA pay plan is structured to provide: 5.0% step increases annually for the first four years of service. 1.5% step increases annually, thereafter. Subject to Board approval, availability of funds, and other conditions.
