About The Position

As a Waterslide Attendant, you will help ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for guests enjoying our water attractions. This role focuses on guest safety, clear communication, and maintaining proper operations at the waterslides and surrounding aquatic areas. This position may require flexible scheduling availability

Requirements

Lifeguard certification required
Previous customer service or aquatic experience preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Commitment to guest safety and positive guest experiences
Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Monitor guests using the waterslides, pool, and lazy river to ensure safe operation
Enforce all posted rules and height, weight, and safety requirements
Provide clear instructions to guests before dispatching riders
Control slide dispatch to maintain proper spacing and safety
Observe riders for safe behavior and respond promptly to issues or emergencies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of slide platforms and surrounding areas
Ensure safety equipment is present and reported if damaged or missing
Provide friendly, attentive guest service while maintaining a professional presence
