Requirements
- 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience
- Must follow safety and fall protection guidelines
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Nice To Haves
- Carpentry skills preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
- Perform expansion joint control, dampproofing, and concrete repair
- Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
- Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
- Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
- Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety
