Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to complete tasks simultaneously.
Leadership, problem-solving, organization and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of chemicals, tools, equipment, and supplies used in providing comprehensive building/water park maintenance services.

Responsibilities

Pool brushing, skimming, and vacuuming.
Heavy duty pressure washing of all walls, floors, stairs, chairs, tables, restrooms, waterpark attractions and other applicable equipment.
Vacuuming pools and attractions.
Brushing sides of pools and attractions.
Skimming pools and attractions.
Understand operating instructions, hazardous material warnings, and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies such as Gas and/or Electric Power Washers, Floor Scrubbers, Mops/Buckets, Gas mask, Muriatic acid, and bleach.
Make sure that proper cleaning supplies are used when cleaning floors.
Ensures that the waterpark area floors are clean of dirt and grime and debris.
Perform tasks efficiently and in compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
Uses and reinforces safe chemical handling in addition to following and adhering to SDS practices and procedures as outlined by Showboat standards, OSHA, EPA, Green Seal, Federal, State, and Local laws.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Waterpark Director.
