Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field
Minimum 8 years of experience related to water and wastewater facilities, including treatment, collection, distribution, and pumping systems
Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain Colorado licensure through reciprocity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience serving as a technical lead on complex water and wastewater projects
Strong knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles and water/wastewater infrastructure
Experience developing scopes of work, project budgets, schedules, and professional service proposals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience working directly with municipal clients and regulatory agencies
Active participation in professional organizations and industry conferences
