This role is listed as hybrid-remote, but we’re looking for someone within commuting distance of the Outer Banks who can attend the office or client meetings about three days per week. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or field of expertise or equivalent experience
Licensed Professional Engineer
4+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Proficiency in pump station design and utility infrastructure
Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
Exhibit leadership in planning and/or design concepts and methods
Ability to successfully manage all internal aspects of projects/project tasks
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
