About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Denver! This role is responsible for department overall performance, leadership, and staff management. The Group Leader will also assist with short/long-term strategic planning, build and maintain client relationships, and assist with business development. Additionally, they will mentor and train junior staff and lead multiple projects simultaneously, performing project management duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experience with daily management/leadership
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
