About The Position

Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking a Senior Water Wastewater Engineer for their team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin! This role involves using technical expertise to serve as a technical resource, plan and design water and wastewater systems. Business development responsibilities include identifying and pursuing strategic targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting client expectations through regular client meetings, adhering to contractual obligations, and staying current on industry trends. The engineer will also ensure proposals address client concerns, objectives, and goals, and serve as a project manager as needed, directing teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality control procedures. Additionally, the role requires providing quality control reviews in the area of technical expertise and participating in professional organizations and industry events to promote company capabilities.

Requirements

• M.S., B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering degree
• 12+ years of experience, including working collaboratively with clients and design teams
• PE License
• Established relationships in this market
• Proven project management experience delivering quality work on time and within budget
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities
