About The Position

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. This Project Manager will support the Water/Wastewater division, managing projects throughout North Texas, primarily within the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. Projects may occasionally extend into surrounding North Texas communities.

Requirements

7–10 years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance.
Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.
