Requirements

Prior experience in water/wastewater construction strongly preferred
Willingness to work in trenches, confined spaces, and outdoor environments
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset

Responsibilities

Assisting with installation and repair of water and sewer mains, services, and structures
Supporting excavation, trenching, shoring, bedding, and backfilling
Assisting with pumps, valves, hydrants, lift stations, and treatment facility components
Performing general construction tasks: formwork, concrete placement, demolition, grading, site cleanup
Operating or assisting with light-to-medium construction equipment
Maintaining safe job sites and following OSHA, trench, and confined space requirements
