You'll collaborate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams to help solve complex challenges, while growing your skills and learning from experienced mentors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other applicable field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 6+ years of professional experience in engineering, including project-related tasks
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project delivery, contracts, budgets, forecasting and schedules.
  • Proven independent design, task management and mentoring ability
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related technical software; Microsoft Office required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
