Water Utility Technician - Water Treatment Plant
About The Position
To operate, maintain, inspect, install and repair water treatment and waste water treatment facilities and associated collection and distribution equipment, systems and components. This role offers a rotating schedule that provides experience in both Maintenance and Operations. Maintenance Rotation: 5 weeks on a daytime schedule, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Operations Rotation: Rotating shifts 1 week: 7am - 3pm, 1 week: 3pm-11pm, 1 week: 11pm-7am. Some weekend work is required. When scheduled, weekend shifts are 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday, with two 8-hour shifts during the week.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Valid driver's license
