About The Position
Liberty Pure Solutions, a trusted family-owned company since 1988, is hiring an experienced Water Treatment Service Technician for our Phoenix, MD location. We specialize in whole-home water treatment systems, reverse osmosis, water softeners, filtration, and well water services. We are looking for a skilled, customer-oriented technician who takes pride in delivering clean, safe water to families in Harford and Baltimore Counties.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with water treatment systems or plumbing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Maryland driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Water treatment certification (WQA) or plumbing experience is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, whole-house filters, iron filters, and UV systems
- Perform routine maintenance visits, system upgrades, and emergency repairs
- Install new water treatment equipment
- Conduct water testing and analysis
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
