This full-time, on-site role involves operating and maintaining advanced water treatment systems across multiple counties in Maryland.We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in high-quality commercial water treatment solutions throughout Maryland. Our team is deeply committed to delivering clean, safe, and reliable water to essential facilities, including hospitals and commercial properties.Your Class T2 or T4 certification plays a vital part in meeting Maryland’s strict water quality standards. Requirements
- Active Class T2 or T4 Water Treatment Operator Certification issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE)
- Solid technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience with chemical injection and ion exchange systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced systems including Chemical Dosing, Ion Exchange Filtration, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Reverse Osmosis
- Monitor and adjust process controls and chemical dosing to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with Maryland regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and reliability
