About The Position
This role involves working with the water transfer team (PWM) to support completions and drilling activities in Carlsbad. The operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of water transfer pumps within pipeline infrastructure and frac ponds. They will also provide quality control oversight for third-party water transfer equipment installation and rig down, and align daily duties with the field team lead and supervisor to meet key scheduling objectives.
