About The Position

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician to join their team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting pay of $16 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses. The role involves assisting project managers on construction projects, specializing in water damage restoration from small to large scale flooding. The technician will learn about various drying equipment, perform general labor such as gutting, cleaning, and packing, and assist with demolition, reconstruction, and pre/post construction clean-up. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
• Opportunities for restoration certifications

Responsibilities
