About The Position

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an experienced Water Technician to join their team in Lafayette, LA. This role involves assisting project managers on construction projects, specializing in water damage restoration from small to large scale flooding. The technician will learn about various drying equipment, perform general labor such as gutting, cleaning, and packing, and assist with demolition, reconstruction, and pre/post construction clean-up. Requirements

• 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
