About The Position

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking a 2nd Shift General Laborer/Water Spider. This role involves moving materials and components to support production teams, monitoring inventory, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 + years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating to manufacturing preferred
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices

Responsibilities

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping.
• Prepping of material for production teams within the facility.
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Stage materials according to production schedules.
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Clean and grind silencers.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials.
• Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication.
• Assist the welders with the installation of welding materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
