As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Requirements

Fluent in English
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies
Performing mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage
Operating specialized equipment and technology
Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals
Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations
