Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Proven water damage restoration or similar industry experience
- Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability.
- Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible and additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks.
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
- Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring).
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
