Requirements

Previous experience in water restoration or a related field is preferred
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response

Responsibilities

Respond to water damage emergencies and perform water extraction, drying, and restoration
Assess the extent of the damage and develop a restoration plan
Use specialized equipment to detect moisture and monitor drying progress
Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and other contaminants
Communicate effectively with customers and provide updates on the restoration process
