About The Position

The role involves promoting commercial and residential water restoration services, responding to water-damaged properties, assessing sites, and guiding customers and insurance agents through projects. Requirements
- Sales management experience, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
- Strong customer service focus and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency using Xactimate software.
Responsibilities
- Promote commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties damaged by water.
- Serve as a front-line first responder for the company.
- Inspect sites and present solutions to customers.
- Use Xactimate software to create proposals.
- Act as the point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customers’ satisfaction.
- Hire sales representatives and service technicians.
