About The Position

Michael and Son Services, Inc., founded in 1976 and based out of Alexandria, VA, is a premier provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services across Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. The company is seeking experienced Restoration Crew Chiefs for its Wilmington location. In this role, the Crew Chief will be responsible for water extraction and mold remediation, which includes writing scopes of work, sketching affected areas, performing demolitions, setting up and monitoring drying and decontamination equipment, and removing debris.

Requirements

• 1+ years of restoration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• WRT/ASD certification

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mold remediation
• Writing out scopes of work
• Completing sketching of the affected area
• Performing demolitions
• Setting up and monitoring drying and decontamination equipment
• Removing debris
