About The Position

Responsible for delivering all project objectives for assigned projects for linear transportation-related drainage and stormwater projects, including planning, scope, schedule and budget; team coordination; stakeholder communication; risk management; resource management; quality assurance; and reporting, as well as business development and interactions with the Client. This is a hybrid position with allowed two work from home days per week.

Requirements

Experience, education and certifications commensurate with a salary of $125,000 - $150,000
Ability to manage project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget
Ability to collaborate with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a risk-adverse project scope, schedule and fee
Ability to develop project-specific project plans, draft reports, cost estimates, prepare complex stormwater models and respond to client comments in support of linear transportation-related drainage and stormwater projects
Ability to manage internal and external project team members
Ability to communicate project status, updates, and issues to all stakeholders
Ability to build relationships with client(s) to understand preferences and requirements to set-up and execute a quality project
Ability to prepare progress reports and review invoices
Ability to assist Section Heads, Office Leaders, and Service Line Leaders with the marketing process including, prepositioning meetings, proposal development, and shortlist interviews
Ability to coordinate and guide all technical resources within the project team to ensure delivery of a high-quality outcome
Ability to provide coaching and mentorship to the project team through one-on-one check-in meetings and various project debriefs to acknowledge achievements, identify areas for improvement, and share lessons learned
Ability to lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meetings, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team
Ability to ensure staff and project/program compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
Ability to assemble and review design “milestone” submittal deliverables and ensure completeness and quality of the submittal which includes construction phase service duties.

Responsibilities
