About The Position

As a Water Resources Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, you will perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, dam safety assessment, design, compliance, and rehabilitation; design water resource utility infrastructure and stormwater facilities; design stream restoration; and conduct floodplain and drainage studies. You will perform H&H modeling and engineering calculations and produce engineering drawings for a variety of water resources projects. You will interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials, and contribute across projects from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, and construction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
10 or more years of experience with water resources projects in one or more of the following areas: hydrology and hydraulics, stormwater management and compliance, or dam safety engineering.
Demonstrated experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience producing engineering drawings.
Writing skills and experience preparing technical reports.

Experience with Unsteady Flow and 2D Hydraulic Modeling.
