About The Position
CDM Smith is looking for a Water Resources Engineering Intern to join their team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of industry-leading engineers on a diverse portfolio of public, federal, and industrial projects. During your internship with their Water Resources group, you’ll work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of water resources engineering projects, including hydrologic, hydraulic, water quality, and systems modeling.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors in Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
Nice To Haves
- Gain exposure to tools such as HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, CADD, Excel, and Access.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and assist with data collection and analysis.
- Support engineers with updating and running models and post-processing model results.
- Assist with organizing, analyzing, and managing project data.
