About The Position
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Rail Water Resources Engineer to join their Fayetteville team! This role involves various engineering and project management duties related to hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for Class I Railroad projects. The position requires assisting with scope/schedule development, preparing technical reports, reviewing CAD drawings, and obtaining local, state, and federal permits for water resources projects. Travel to job sites is also a requirement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 6+ years of related water resource engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring junior staff
- PE License
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS or other related hydrologic and hydraulic software preferred
Responsibilities
