The Project Engineer functions as a design and construction manager in the delivery of Capital Improvements Plan projects. Project assignments could include water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure, solid waste, and other special projects. This role is for an engineering professional with technical expertise and more than 5 years of experience looking to advance into managing projects from concept through construction. The Project Engineer works under the direction of an Engineering Program Manager and leads the delivery of the majority of projects for the organization.
