About The Position

Requirements
- Three years of professional environmental protection experience; and a bachelor’s degree in the biological, physical, or environmental sciences, engineering, or in a field closely related to environmental protection or regulation; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes three years of professional environmental protection experience.
- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.

- Experience in instructional design or adult education
- Familiarity with sewage facilities planning
Responsibilities
- Create and update online courses, instructor-led materials, videos, and learning tools
- Maintain templates, design assets, and multimedia content for the Pennsylvania Clean Water Academy Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage course setup, user accounts, permissions, and content publishing
- Support planning and delivery of workshops, webinars, and training presentations
- Review training materials, track records, and recommend improvements to learning methods
- Develop training related to sewage facilities planning and assist with certification activities
