Requirements

  • Three years of professional environmental protection experience; and a bachelor’s degree in the biological, physical, or environmental sciences, engineering, or in a field closely related to environmental protection or regulation; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes three years of professional environmental protection experience.
  • Possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in instructional design or adult education
  • Familiarity with sewage facilities planning

Responsibilities

  • Create and update online courses, instructor-led materials, videos, and learning tools
  • Maintain templates, design assets, and multimedia content for the Pennsylvania Clean Water Academy Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage course setup, user accounts, permissions, and content publishing
  • Support planning and delivery of workshops, webinars, and training presentations
  • Review training materials, track records, and recommend improvements to learning methods
  • Develop training related to sewage facilities planning and assist with certification activities
