HDR is seeking a Water Planner/Management Analyst to join our North Carolina/South Carolina Management Consulting Business Class within the Water Business Group. This position is intended for an early-career professional (2–5 years of experience) who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to support water, wastewater, and stormwater organizations through data-driven analysis and consulting services, promoting a One Water framework approach. HDR’s NC/SC Management Consulting Business Class provides local and national leadership in integrated planning and master planning, asset management, strategic planning, operations optimization, and data strategy and analytics. This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to develop strong analytical and consulting skills while contributing to impactful water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. The Water Planner/Management Analyst will work under the guidance of project managers and senior consultants to support a wide range of water planning and management initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, integrated and master planning, watershed and river basin planning, stakeholder facilitation, and clear technical communication through memoranda and reports.
