Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
- Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
- Remove non-structural elements like drywall, flooring, and fixtures.
- Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
