About The Position

The Water Maintenance General Manager is responsible for leading and growing Leslie's Water Maintenance business segment. This role oversees a team of Water Maintenance Technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong operational, customer service, and business development skills. They will be responsible for expanding the water maintenance customer base, optimizing service operations, developing team members, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through additional products and services. This position works closely with store teams and corporate partners to support business objectives and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
2-3 years of management experience.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills
