About The Position

Garver’s Water Infrastructure – Modeling, Analytics, and Planning Team is seeking a Water Hydraulic Modeling Intern to join their team. This intern will gain real-world experience in modeling and planning for water and wastewater systems while working in a fast-paced, professional setting. The group works with communities across Garver’s footprint to develop solutions for their water and wastewater needs. The internship offers mentorship from experienced water professionals, training, and exposure to the consulting engineering industry, with opportunities to visit project sites.

Requirements

Pursuing a civil or environmental engineering bachelor’s degree in an ABET accredited program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Interest in designing water and wastewater infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ArcGIS.
Experience with Fluid Mechanics, Water Resources, and/or Open Channel Hydraulics.
