Water Fitness Instructor

About The Position
The Water Fitness Instructor leads classes and supports participants’ health and wellness. Training and certification are provided. The starting wage is $11.65 per hour. Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fun, friendly, and people-oriented.
- CPR certified, or able to become certified within 30 days after hire.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine interest in and dedication to improving the health and wellness of each participant.
- Prepare movements and choreography prior to class.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work as a team player.
- Attend mandatory in-service trainings.
