This position is based out of their Atlantic Filter retail location in West Palm Beach, FL, specializing in the sale and installation of water treatment solutions. The primary function of this role is to assist customers with improving the quality of their water and to facilitate the marketing, sales, installation, and service of water treatment solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail and Windows
  • Responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance
  • Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Must have clean drug test & subject to random drug testing

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience is perferred, but not required
  • Plumbing license or WQA certification preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electronics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sale of water treatment systems
  • Key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives
  • Coordinate the installation and service of residential and commercial water treatment solutions
  • Responsible for diagnosing customers water conditions and recommending proper treatment solutions for the family’s needs and wants
  • Provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met
  • Assist with the scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to the appropriate department
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments
  • Submit daily sales results to the supervisor daily and update in our lead tracking system
