About The Position

We are a full-service restoration company looking for a water, mold, and fire restoration technician. We are looking for hardworking, down-to-earth, fun people who love helping people. Pacific is a family-owned company that provides services to people who have had property damages.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record).
• Complete a background check.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Physically able to work in PPE.
• Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup.
• Demolition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Manage the daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation.
• Emergency services after hours on a rotating basis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
