About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking reliable, safety-focused Water Blasters to perform industrial pressure washing and process cleaning in an industrial environment. The role involves operating high-pressure water blasting equipment up to 40,000 PSI and is physically demanding. Employees must adhere strictly to safety procedures, quality standards, and written and verbal instructions. The position includes wearing required personal protective equipment and, after training, acting as a safety spotter for other team members. Candidates must weigh at least 170 pounds and be able to carry and operate heavy equipment throughout the shift. Candidates with felony convictions related to violence, theft, sexual offenses, or firearms will not be considered.

Requirements

Must weigh at least 170 pounds.
Must be able to carry and operate heavy equipment for the duration of the shift.
Must be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Strict adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and written and verbal instructions.
Candidates with felony convictions related to violence, theft, sexual offenses, or firearms will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment up to 40,000 PSI.
Perform industrial pressure washing and process cleaning.
Wear required PPE, including a face shield, safety glasses, metatarsal boots, metal shin guards, and a protective vest.
Act as a safety spotter for other team members after training.
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
