About The Position

GYMGUYZ is seeking a dynamic and energetic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead classes at a facility in Sun City West, utilizing an outdoor heated pool. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating customized, energetic group fitness classes that align with the GYMGUYZ brand standard. This role involves intelligently designing classes with fresh, innovative, and fun exercises that have a science-based methodology and approach to training. The instructor will lead classes on Mondays at 9 AM, with an average of 5 participants per class.

Requirements

Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification required.
Ability to speak with volume to direct an outdoor class.
Ability to lead a class and pay attention to the class movements at the same time; willingness to respond to client’s questions or concerns.
Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and meeting timeliness is a must.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year previous experience and class instruction experience preferred.
Group Instructor Certification and or experience with 55+ audience preferred.
