About The Position

We are looking for a water aerobics teacher to lead classes at a facility in Sun City West outdoor heated pool. The classes are scheduled for 9 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Instructors should be able to create and uphold the GYMGUYZ brand standard through intelligently designing classes and provide a variety of exercises that are fresh, innovative, fun, and have a science-based methodology and approach to training. Requirements

• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to speak with volume to direct an outdoor class.
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and meeting timeliness is a must.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year previous experience and class instruction experience preferred.
• Group Instructor Certification and/or experience with 55+ audience preferred.
