As a member of the Operations Watch Team, this role provides 24x7x365 real-time analysis of events and incidents on the Clients’ Enterprise Network. The position serves as a team consultant to the Operations Watch Officer, using IT service management tools to monitor, detect, and take immediate action on network events to ensure mission readiness. The Candidate shall use Event Management Tools, BMC Remedy, SharePoint, and Service Operations tools to perform this task. The candidate will be expected to perform troubleshooting to support networking, servers, and applications incident support. The candidate will be expected to create Daily Turnover Logs entry in accordance with SOPs.
