About The Position

SEH is currently searching for a Wastewater Treatment Professional Engineer to join our talented Water/Wastewater team. This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Wisconsin or the Chicago, IL area. Join a collaborative team dedicated to solving complex water and wastewater challenges. Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals. Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes. Be a technical expert within Wastewater Treatment along with becoming a project manager to work directly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.
• Professional Engineer within the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain WI license within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
• Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.
• Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Previous Project Management Experience
