About The Position

Performs a wide variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, hydraulic, hydro-pneumatic and pneumatic equipment, air and gas compressors and other equipment unique to wastewater treatment operations.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school (or G.E.D.).
• Must have 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance work, including experience at the journey-worker level in one or more of the mechanical trades.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at time of appointment and maintain thereafter as a term and condition of continued employment.
• Must be able to wear and use a respirator and/or any other needed health and safety related equipment.
